" Processing end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
" Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, new hires, terminations, and salary changes
" Collaborating with HR and Finance departments to verify employee data and resolve discrepancies
" Preparing and submitting payroll reports, tax filings, and social insurance contributions
" Addressing and resolving payroll-related queries and issues in a timely manner
" Staying updated with changes in EU and UK labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure compliance
" Assisting with internal and external audits as required
Qualifications & Skills
" 2+ years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
" Advanced level of English language skills
" Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field or comparable business experience
" Good understanding of local payroll laws, tax regulations, and social insurance contributions
" Proficiency in Excell
" Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and record-keeping
" Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies efficiently
" Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
" High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to accuracy and ethical standards in handling payroll data
